Class Descriptions

GIS from A to Z (one hour to half day)

This 1 hour workshop will offer you a quick and easy way to learn some of the most common GIS terms and their meanings; such as the difference between geocoding and georeferencing. Are you prepared to discuss your clients feature attributes needed for their data dictionary or should you let someone else handle those comments? This brief workshop will have you saying and spelling new GIS words faster than you can say personal geodatabase. Be sure to bring a notepad and pencil - a short quiz will allow you to test your new vocabulary.
